With the white, winter snow
While others grumble about shoveling
I sit here, because I know.
I watch the trees dance
And hear the wind sing to me.
While others complain about the cold,
I sit here, because I see.
I see the snow sparkle
Like a million flashing lights
While others complain about green-less trees,
I sit here, and observe the sights.
I could sit and watch for hours,
And my interest would never fade.
A spectacular, beautiful show,
This wondrous show that nature made.

For we are never perfect
In such an ugly place
